Sale/delivery terms!

Terms of sale:
Our prices are exclusive taxes and freight and are based on digital originals from our customers. Additional work because of bad originals will be evaluated together with our customer and be priced after agreement. The cards are ISO-accepted laminated cards in size 54x86 mm. When printing from edge to edge, the size of the original must be 58x90 mm. The designers have to pay attention to these two sizes.
With CMYK-version the customer also has to deliver a chromaline or a digital print-trial. If we have not received that and other things has not been discussed, the project will only be based on the capacity and ability of the printer. Deliverytime will be determined and discussed with our customer, all to their satisfaction.
Grefslie Trykk AS are the owner of the product until the product has been paid for. New customers or customers with bad rating have to pay with cash or in advance. Usual the terms of payment will be 10 days after receiving the goods.
After the day of payment it will be estimated 9% p.a. If complaints shall be taken care of they
must be reported when receiving the goods.

Deliveryterms:
All our customers outside town will get their product from us by post “express over night”-service or other special deals. It is very important that the name and address are correct and that there will be people to meet us when we deliver the goods.
Confirmation will be sent as E-mail. Card-samples will be sent by usual post and will be there usually 2 days afterwards. ID-cards will be sent as registered post, where the recipient himself has to emerge. All this because of the security.

Deliverytime:
1-2 weeks after accepted pdf. If the customers are in a hurry, we have to deal with it in other ways and the customer has to pay for that.
